I'm not sure of the exact timeline but i think Avinash nominating viv for Shilpa kv viv trio reason happened much later than that 50 days thing said by Shilpa for Viv.

In confession room Nouran explicitly said about KV & junior artist thing so Vivan immediately became against KV even more. At that time Nouran didn't explicitly speak against Avi like she did in family week. In family week she showed a bit positive sign towards KV and immediately viv too warmed up to KV. She explicitly blamed Avi and Viv immediately became Anti Kv.

In episode 64 (farah khan wala) when shilpa agreed with chum and said about the pause thing and didn’t even reply when vivian was trying to get her speak whether he did anything for her or not, he already said to cut the relation. He already had been distancing at that point and even before nouran came he was expressing disappointment to shilpa when nouran came that was the final hammer. However he didn’t do it avinash's saying as the twt was claiming, he did it cause of shilpa's words which hurt him.

In CR nouran talked about the nomination thing that twt was talking about very clearly but that's not what turned vivian against avinash, It's the fact he was back bitching. Vivian can tolerate front foot enemy but he has huge issues with samne kuch au piche kuch aur. Kv doesn’t do it now so why won't he warm up to kv? Initially i didn't like why She didn't bring up that matter but now I realise it was actually a good thing. She talked a little to KV and he said that he understands.. that was enough. Good that she didn't create a scene like some others.

Following feedback or narrative isnt a problem but the timing is important. Also the extent you follow without applying your own mind to it.

If you notice, Bhabi gave the feedback as per audience's likes and dislikes.

Appreciated Chahat coz Chahat-Vivian wale spats mein hi mostly Vivian dikhta tha pehle. And neutral audience likes Chahat toh it would give Vivian some spotlight.

Pumped him to go against Avinash coz Avinash vs Vivian would make KV a side character. And give Vivian the much needed hero arc.

KV vs Vivian mein toh we've already seen its KV who gets the mileage.

Yep I am glad she didnt create any scenes. She talked to karan a bit abt things but mostly just trusted him to do well.
