I think BB thought Vivian is still same arrogant and angry man but but he has toned down alot (being father to a daughter does that <3 ) and it ruined BB's victory to get him do BB.
May be that's why BB tried hard to push Avinash and KV to have a undisputed winner. Sadly that too is failing
I know Vivian had not anything substantial to "create" content and his pre existing fanbase is huge.
Promo might be the last attempt to pull neutrals towards either KV or Avinash.
I feel either Avinash( if he manages to equals rajat's and vivian's votebank) or Shilpa ( all she needs is one vote appeal from Mahesh Babu ) win.
