checked out dil ko rafu by ravi sargun.. not bad to be very honest.. atleast ek clear plot toh hai whcih is also rare in aajkal ke shows that are on the channels.. happy to announce ke abhi tak no 3rd wheel.. howecver hero ke fiance usse dhatkar chuki hai shaadi ke samay toh uska pyar se bharosa uth gaya and heroine is all about love marriage.. it was well made technically and just felt good ke things were flowing unlike other itv ke daily soaps. the treatment is definatly extremely controlled and inspired by more a geo kinda show paisa lagaya in drone shots and all . supportign characters are nice.. acha laga ek achi family dekh ke herouine ki.. hwoever aisha was kaafi overdoing her happy go lucky.. bura nahi tha but kahin kahin bohat zyada over ho gaya.. i certainlky do have a problem with the scenes where she threw samose and jalebi from terace on her rishta laane wale as samoson ki abarish to get them to inkaar karo and that aldka eating it from floor GROSS and real food shoudln't be used in jokes kaafi immature lagi but other than that.. actually enjoyed it Kv bhi decent tha.... uski ek behan ko toxic sasural/pati angle bhi dia hai taht she is hiding from gharwale.. i would say a 3/5 for sure.. Tv poe aaj kal jo bhi aa raha hai usse kaafi uppar ka hi laga even though baaki sab toh ek dum avg story and sab hai but felt nice and enjoyable, this is the scene i didn't like much but i guess it is caz food aise phenkna bohat hi ganda laga mujhe. food ki jagah kuch aur kar lete toh it is not a bad scene. oh also appreciate ke gyaanki kaliyaan nahi phutt rahi yahan so far and dialogue is simple

The RRR documentary on Netflix is simply wow..man so much more love and respect for the unit .the kind of detailing and hardwork that has gone into each part..not like it was any less before but this one just made me admire this film, the vision and the conviction in that vision so much more. So many things that I thought are CGI's were actually not cgi's and they had to do for real..but then even the kind of thought that went into the CGI portions is just mindblowing...Rajmouli you genius your truly deserve all the tags you get caz there is no other director in Indian cinema who puts this kind of effort ..Must watch

FINALLY finished watching S2.....and I will just say ditto ditto to your review. This season was a pleasant surprise in leveling up from S1 on almost every level smiley32.....first up ofcourse THE MUSIC.....they took the compositions to another level with the sheer range of songs in the soundtrack whether it was the classical ones, the western ones or the fusion ones.....all were lovely and it's a soundtrack you can savor.

S1 mein while I loved the classical songs, I hated the Tiktoker lyrics waale Hinglish fusion weird ones that Tamanna-Radhe made together.....S2 mein they did away with dumb Tik Toker lyrics cuz story was more about internal doubts and journey of self-discovery this time than doing all these lame pop concerts of Tamanna. While I still found the love story pretty shallow and unconvincing (still not clear where exactly dono ka so called deep love is coming from and kab hua itna pyar) but that is the only weak spot in an otherwise pretty much stellar season and completion of the story.

I always have a softer corner for the gharana portion cuz of the way they show the family ke internal conflicts, nuances, the coming together despite their conflict/struggles. As you said, the entire Digvijay-Mohini arc was shown so maturely....the way Mohini's husband handled it too....no cheap insinuations wala drama...itni maturity se whole family handled the fact ki ofcourse yeh past hai Mohini ka and it's obvious Digvijay still loves her but everything was shown RESPECTFULLY....even him buying her a case for her Tanpura with her name inscribed.....then Radhe's father getting his arc and his moment to shine with that rock song. Which brings me to one of my fav. characters this season - Mahi.....SO well written - thode hi words mein conveyed so much and so fabulously enacted by the actor. The way they showed all the supporting characters as foils to Radhe or Tamanna - giving them food for thought at every stage where either of them were being too rigid or having self-doubt. I LOVED Mahi's arc where in just a few scenes they managed to convey he had an Eklavya complex about Gharanas not allowing outsiders like him to get a seat at the table or experiment....and how he gradually manages to give the Rathod fam some perspective to the moment where they all touch his feet to take his blessings before the Rock act....such a powerful moment!

And then ofcourse Divya Dutta was just SUBLIME as Nandini....that way she has of just LOOKING at you and conveying so much....her role as mentor/instructor was just right....never heavy handed....and the way she gave advice to Tamanna was also very well done.....Arjun Rampal's cameo was a pleasant surprise...haha and loved Imroze-Nandini ka brief arc too jitna bhi dikhaya.

Another special mention of course is for Sheeba Chaddha as Mohini....man I LOVED her character in S1 also....the grace, the serenity....again one of those actors conveying so much with just a look....the calm grace with which she played Mohini....she really deserves an award for this.....she was fantastic in S2 also.

Loved how they closed up all the arcs including Panditji ki origin story to clear up all the family MUs and bring them together....Digvijay finally got acceptance from Radhe also as Tauji....lol....and then yeah Radhe-Tamanna ka bhi jo bhi dikhana tha regarding how they love each other but supposedly being with him makes Tamanna lose herself and her music...lol ok.....

Series was beautifully shot....the hard work really showed...I'm such a fan of all the performances....need to download the soundtrack....lol

+1 to everything...i really enjoyed mahi too and was trying to figure out where have I seen him before..that first jam.of his on his sitar 👏👏 sach main kaan ko sukoon mila the music sunke of the entire series and then him being so straight in calling out radhe even though radhe wasn't wrong in being protective about his music but thoda blindness and woh toh tha iska and he addressed his issues so well and then ofcourse the whole guru part was so well done..I found the parents trying to learn new styles new techniques and adjust so endearing that they obv had a mindset and apprehensions but still giving it their all trying with open mindedness and dil laga ke phir karna sab..the lovestory ya forced angst mujhe bhi zyada nahi aaya baaki I didn't even try to understand or nikalo much out of it caz as you said shallow and koi real connect tha nahi..and that stupid kiss towards the end felt soooooo for the checkbox ke ab web pe hai tih ek adhi kiss toh daal hi dein..I actually like Ayan and kajal more and think they are more suitable for them..

Word about the performances I was fully invested in the elder oovestory and angst more than the younger ones on both sides. I liked the teacher k different ways of teaching too. The music is toh love..my fav is the face off song from the elimination rounds and then the rock song that the dad sang..and then the rest..

Overall this one made sense and fitted well on the story as a whole it didn't felt like kuch bhi ab likh rahe hain and koi bhi tracks bana rahe hain and naye twist laa rahe hain so they can keep making more. And as I said am satisfied with the ending too caz to me it actually felt like the perfect end .yeh wali dil se banayi hai and woh came thru

Haha I found an article on this Mahi guy. Apparently he was in Tiger Zinda Hai before this smiley3….and he’s actually a musician in real life so that brought the authenticity. Haha at him being like how could they make season 1 without me 😂

LOL yes, this video is totally in the wannabe teenybopper love story zone of S1 .....makers are totally clueless about how there is no depth in his love story and keep trying to sell it through glitzy music videos smiley36

But chalo they otherwise made a very good show toh we can ignore this.....haha

I'm waiting for them to release more videos of the classical song performances....I loved pretty much every performance of the Gharana gang and also loved the composition of the finale song of Royalty Free.
