if shrutika saved Shilpa,Shilpa would have placed Karan next and karan would have replaced Shilpa with shrutika . so Shilpa would have been in Nomination.

If again if Shrutika saved Shilpa,Shilpa still saved Eisha instead of Karan,then Karan would have placed Eisha with shrutika..then Karan would have been in Nomination..

Anyways only two would have been saved.
