How did KV pin her down? He was still on his feet. Sounds more like cos she was falling he didn’t let go straight away cos then she would’ve fallen harder and hurt herself. But let’s see, I’m really behind on the episode cos I keep stopping & rewinding to laugh at Eisha

It's not clear. He pushed her back, then he either pushed her down or she tripped. After that he had one hand on her shoulder to stop her. Then SS came to move him away. Yes, Sara would have seriously injured/broken Av's leg, if KVM had not moved her but it didn't look good for either of them.
