Vivian is weak emotionally ,he is not good at confrontation and hence people bash him but i think this behaviour is inversely proportional to how well he is attached to the person

He thinks usne game aur footage ke liye wo kiya tha hence he doesn't trust them anymore but can't cut from them specially from avinash because avinash is caring towards him. However he now puts his point without even discussing with them and he is not guilty for that.
