right now he needs wake up call from his dream world if story was written by an Inteligent writer then I can guess after zain release mehru have two options now create a threat for shahnawaz that she wants to leave him or throw khula pepers on shahnawaz by court so it'll become a sensational news for media and Saman's opposition party by mentioning how shahnawaz get her married to him and threatening with divorce and forcefully/blackmailingly take her mother signed in mafinama or give lollypop to shahnawaz by making him believe that she loves him and wanted to live with him and she was ready to forgive his brother and start a life with him so he have some courage to take a stand against his mother .I think he was stopping himself just because he thinks that if he get weak infront of her then she will use him against his brother case ,if she take a step towards him or trying to seduce him or make him believe that she also desires him the way he desires her he won't be able to stop himself. after getting control over his mind and heart
1: first she should create rift between Amal and shahnawaz because it'll become a mess for shaman shah and create rift between her brother and his family.
2. if zain goes behind muskan to hurt mehru it will create rift between zain and shahnawaz because he knows his brother very well he can't fall in love with simple girl like muskan so he will definitely stop him to protect muskan so mehru won't be hurt again .so mehru will have chance to provoke both shahnawaz and zain against each other
3.do something which will make saman shah busy somewhere else so she can trap both of his son and make them against each other.
