He is loyal and is blindly trusting Avinash and Eisha

So when they backstabbed he couldn't get over the shock and justified the bs reasons avi said

As he wanted to pretend avinash will never do this with him

Vivian did understand people well but couldn't understand avi game coz of blind trust and emotonal attachment with him

The producers play a major role and often coach what these family members should say. Going by spoilers, I think Viv ki wife focused on Eisha/Avi. The KV thing was probably just one line and they made a whole promo out of it to fuel Viv vs KV

I can't believe Salman hyped up Kashish. Chalo, Kashish got free pass for becoming a vamp. So disappointing.
