Yep ICAM. One clear example is when Eisha/Alice were making remarks about Chahat/Arfeen. He should’ve spoken up and opposed that.

If you think about it (disregarding her stupid decisions as sanchalak&nominating KV) the nicest, most decent person in the house is Shilpa.
She hardly bitches about others because she’s got a good relationship with almost all. She will tell someone if something isn’t good, even her own team. She told Sara to stop when she was going low. She’s not aggressive or horrible in tasks and never resorts to horrible language in retaliation.
Additionally she’s there front and centre to support people when something happens/they need it.
