Adi framed Ishita multiple times. After this accident track , Adi was not shown doing some kaand until Shagun's marriage. It was in Shagun's marriage that Adi saw Ishita scolding Shagun becoz Shagun tried to slap ruhi. Thinking that Ishita was harassing his mom , he burnt his hand and blamed on stepmother. Then he sent Ishita to bachelor's party as param misguided him. After Shagun and Adi came to Bhalla house , he took wrong pill, said a story to Ishita where stepmom is evil and so on. He was trying to bring Shagun and Raman closer but Raman finally said to Adi that he can't be with shagun as both of them have gone in seperate ways and Now Ishita is his family. I think after Adi Moved to Iyers only then he started to change. There were 2-3 scenes shown between Ishita and Adi , And adi somewhat changed after this. One was where Ishita brought dinner to Adi, another was Ishita asking ruhi to include Adi's name in a project, and then Ishita asking Adi not to mention to anyone abt Raman losing his job and not even to Shagun...and Later before Adi ruhi swapping started there was a Ice cream competition between Adi, Ruhi and Ishita. Before Adi completely transformed into Ishita's son...they both shared few minimal good scenes. However I think Ghum too might follow same route with few additions here and there but I can see Savi accepting Kian as her son in near future and Kian rejecting Ashaka as his mother. Ghum makers may add lot of negativity in between too.
