But Pakhi did drama of commuting suicide and she gave birth to the child she was at least surrogate mother ...She went through labour pain etc...not justifying , Virat conducted the delivery , he saw what she went through ...not justifying him but all these factors affects.

By law the surrogate child must be taken away as soon as possible if not it will lead to " mother & baby" bonding
