I used to follow one of Eisha's initial shows some years back and have noticed this about her during off screen interviews

Normally self obsessed actresses who want all the limelight don't get along with the parallel leads but Eisha always starts with befriending such competitors by buttering ,over praising etc (she did that here with Alice ,she has made efforts to be in the good books of Chum too )

She has many female journalists friends at IF too ,the ones that are trying to help her now with positive article
