Goenkas were old when she left. They are immortal we know but Akshara didn't know still she never tried to contact them to know about their health. I am sure use lagta hoga that Suhasini goenka is still alive .

If Goenkas were wrong in not contacting her then she was also wrong for not being in touch with anyone of them including Suhasini Goenka and muskaan. Kairav was always useless so it's good she didn't think about him.
