What did Ranbir mean when he said Prachi will have to see his first love every day? Who is it?

Ranbir went away to convince his family but he left Prachi all high and dry. She was pregnant too.

Khushi revealed a few things to Ranbir that he did not know about. Now he knows how Prachi lost the baby.

"Prachi was pregnant?" ranbir asked in shock and fell on the ground depressed.

"She didn't tell me about it?" he said angrily and started walking towards prachi's room but Pragya stopped him.

"See, she went through this harsh phrase alone and you denied her love and your marriage with her. She suffered a lot. Don't give my daughter a hard time again." Pragya said

"She should have told me. I would have never left her." he said

"You don't know anything ranbir. The situation was worse than that." Pragya said.

"What situation? What was the real situation then? Tell me?" ranbir shouted.

"This is not the time. I won't tell you or anyone. Please keep quiet." Pragya said remembering prachi may hear them as the room she was staying is guestroom and it was the only room with no soundproof.

"Why show I when you don't reveal anything?" ranbir said when oragya slapped him.

"Keep quite and atleast for now listen to us, elders. You guys got married without telling anyone, made children without telling anyone, you break up with her without telling anyone, she came to India without telling anyone, she got hospitalized and lost her baby but she didn't tell us, the hotel hospital staffs did. You guys never shared your problem with us then why should I?" Pragya shouted while disha is surprised to hear Pragya knows about prachi's miscarriage.

"You know about it didi? I am sorry I didn't tell you." disha apologized while purab is shocked to know didha's know about it too.

"It's okay, like you guys even I have secrets and I won't say anything till the problem are clear. Ranbir I gave time to you to get my daughter back to trusting you because you begged me and I felt you genuine. She is already suffering. Don't speak anything to her which may hurt her." Pragya said and heard someone clapping and they all turned to see prachi coming downstairs.

"Well down, very good acting. Now what are you playing at?" prachi said to pragya who remained emotionless while ranbir went to her. Disha tried to warn but she didn't listen.

"If you say something you didn't want to you will regret it later." she said but he didn'tlsiten.

"You should have told me." ranbir said

"So it's my fault ?" prachi asked while ranbir shouted yes.

"Is it my fault that I thought to surprise you with our 3rd child after you convinced your parents? Is it my fault that you don't have guts to convince them and decided to marry someone else ditching me and your own kids? Is it my fault that I tried to contact you for days but you never answered my call or yes you let some elderly idiot to answer the call and talk bad about me being a gold digger who trapped you." pragya realized its aliya but kept quiet and saw the drama in worry but didn't show it on her face.

"If you told me about it then I would have never came to India. If you didn't come to India then... " ranbir was loss at words. After prachi came to India and lost her baby only oberois got to know he was getting married to rhea and stopped it.

"If I didn't come to India you would have married rhea and spoiled her life." prachi shouted. Both were blaming each other and saying they hurtful things forgetting the one soul who revealed about prachi's miscarriage in the first place. Khushi, she was standing and watching her parents shouting at each other not knowing what to do and started crying as it turned ugly when prachi slapped him.

"Please don't fight. Khushi hates when mumma dadda fight." she started crying heavily and fell down unconscious shocking everyone.
