Now, bidding is going on for capped all rounders.

Rachin Ravindra stays at CSK!

After the regulation bidding, Rachin Ravindra's price (Rs 2 crore base price) had gone to Rs 3.20 crore.

CSK exercised their RTM card and Punjab Kings put their final price at Rs 4 crore.

CSK have matched it and they will retain Rachin for Rs 4 crore.

R Ashwin enters at 2 crore. Big cheers in Jeddah. Homecoming for Ashwin? Could be. CSK start the bidding for the original Super King. But they need to stave off competition from LSG.

LSG and CSK fight it out for the veteran offspinner. Ashwin has been in good T20 form. He recently won the TNPL with Dindigul Dragons. LSG are out but RCB jump in and compete with CSK.

RCB and CSK competing for Ashwin. Sounds familiar?

Okay, RCB drop out. Royals are in for Ashwin. CSK are also still in it as the bid reaches 6 crore. CSK come back in at 6.25 crore. They escalate it to 7.25 crore.

Royals say 'leave my man alone' and take it up to 7.50 crore and then 8 crore. CSK also keep going. There aren't too many experienced spinners in the market.
