Legally it’s not kidnapping if the father himself gives the baby away. Even if the court takes on this dumb case, a good experienced lawyer can fight saying Ruhi was not capable of making any decision at the time of birth due to being in coma and after waking up, they were waiting for her to stabilize before giving the baby back to her. Of course this is morally wrong, but when it comes to legalities, attorneys can do anything and apparently we’re talking about the best ones in India according to the show lol.

Emotionally we can call Rohit and Armaan anything we want, but legally none of this has any value.

I suppose the upcoming track shows abhira fighting for a mother's right, my guess is , it will be a similar case . Get the popcorn ready 🍿

The dumb lawyers who will fight arman and rohits case will Def lose😆 they may/may not take this route but ruhi toh tandav karegi & both the brothers must be reprimanded for their actions .

Let them show a dream where ruhi files a case against them , madhav arrests them , and abhira fights a case against them 🤣

Aksharas case was different . She was divorced frm her husband when she gave birth ..still , she should've been transparent about the child's father..what's there to hide and why ? Legally she was also wrong & she was asked to reverse it

Exactly even if Rohit wanted to transfer his and ruhi's parental rights, and give Abhimaan the child, there is a legal process called Adoption.

Her being in coma, means she didn't gave her consent, in case she is unable to give her consent then court/ CWC will involve to see if this Adoption is necessary and beneficial for the baby.

But nothing this sort happened, aren't both brothers running to see if doctor said the truth, or nurse said the truth, doesn't it shows their deceitful intention here.

Anyway Armaan and Rohit Penal code obviously absolved them from every liability so what's the point to argue about it.

I practice criminal law here in the US and trust me our justice system is so harsh that getting away isn’t that easy. Used to be way more active on here over a year ago when I was waiting for my bar results but now with work I usually just follow up on some shows over the weekend and skip most of the irrelevant stuff lol. Came back on here to see what people thought of Abhir returning back but saw so many other things lol.

FYI, someone can be healing while attending parties. That can be used as a mechanism for their healing process :)

Legally you cannot change the baby's biological parents name on legal documents even if you are divorced ince its a legal offence n a crime that's why what akshara did was a crime n was called out for that paternity fraud..

Exactly yes a good lawyer can use loopholes and even defend a rapist or murderer lol and may even succeed because of insufficient evidence doesn't mean they didn't committed those crimes.

That’s what I said earlier too lol. Then never went the legal route because they never said the baby was Ruhi’s. They gave it to Abhira saying it’s hers. No adoption, no kidnapping. Lying or hiding the truth is what it is so why are we not calling it that?

They can't make decisions and only the legal proxy can make decisions on their behalf. Till the person becomes conscious, doctors makes the medical decisions and legal decisions need to go through court.
