He can't be blamed for SMD. He has the worst role out of the main 4 leads.

No doubt Yumna was a huge factor coz she was more popular but at the end of the day it was the show that triumphed (very Pride and Prejudice which is a classic love tale) & Wahaj ended up gaining more than the rest from the show coz Murtasim became a fan favourite & Wahaj became a house hold name.

Also HUM, certainly is fairing better than Geo these days not in terms of YouTube views but certainly in terms of ratings. Even ARY is doing better for that matter.

Just like Green's GRPs are less than the other channels so their shows get lower ratings comparatively. For instance, A gentleman had Humayu apart from Yumna and yet it didn't garner huge views and ratings coz of the channel and obviously content.

I feel stars can grab people's attention for the first few episodes and then it's the content that makes them stay

When it comes to TB, Yumna, Wahaj, chemistry, the way characters were written, direction everything contributed. It was solely neither Yumna nor Wahaj to made it a huge success...at least this is what I feel.

Usama's acting is poor in SMD tbh. The weakest link as per me. Neither the actor is working nor the actor. In IJ he was still decent though not great. I hope he improves

The show that has come out as a surprise winner is AIEJ...I was waiting for the project but didn't know it would deliver in terms of views, ratings as well as content.

ARY certainly has more GRPs and the slot of KMKT is also helping AIEJ but so far the content is gripping. I hope the story continues to be gripping. Sherry once again is giving a solid performance after Radd.

At least you credit Yumna for TB. Some say only Wahaj made it a hit which is complete BS
