First of all,

The title song is making me watch the show.

What I understood following from the fifth episode onwards that, this show is based on William Shakespeare's famous tragic play Romeo and Juliet.

This is because the way they are constantly emphasizing on the family feud between the Chaudharys and the Maliks, is as familiar as the feud between the Montagues and the Capulets.

What I also understand for now that, Jeet is definitely the Romeo (until Rudra Malik, who is also based on Tybalt Capulet - shoots him). After Jeet's death, Dev might probably step in to avenge his beloved brother and exact revenge from the Maliks by marrying Mannat Malik - obviously against her will. But I wonder what will happen after that. How will this tension add more to the already existing feud.

That’s a nice analogy!

My thought is that Dev will marry Mannat to exact revenge. But they both end up falling in love. That’s the enemies to lovers take.

Or Dev will marry Mannat to keep his promise to Jeet (maybe he asks him to keep her safe) but Dev ends up falling in love.

They could maybe bring Jeet back. If they keep that loop open that he’s not actually dead or whatever. That would add the next phase drama. But the show should do well and run for that long. Let’s see what they do. I’m actually liking the story, editing could be better. And FL lead needs to put more effort with acting and dialogue. But it has potential, only if they get a slot change.

Well the tension between two families will be solved before they fixed the marriage with Jeet and Mannat if they follow the OG and Rudra is the trouble maker who will ruined three lives and at the end he won't get Mannat since he is obsessed with her madly.....about Dev marrying Mannat, the proposal will come from the both fathers but if they adopted like " wohi to hai albelaa " as is the same remake then Jeet will be the one who will request Dev to protect Mannat by marrying her and he will fulfil his beloved brother's wish, however the makers may also bring their own creativity by taking different steps.

The title song is so beautiful. The voice, the melody, it's perfect omg!

And I agree about the Romeo and Juliet vibe. I got that vibe from the first episode itself. I really like Jeet so I am hoping they layer him more than just killing him off. But I think the plot will go like Dev marrying Mannat to protect her as a promise to his brother who is killed by the Maliks. Maybe it will be Mannat's father trying to kill her too for loving Jeet but Dev will marry her after Jeet dies and make her a Chaudhary.

The first episode gave woh toh hai albela vibe. Same channel show few years back. He will marry her out of promise taken by his older brother who will die. Here the story will be little bit different. May be older brother will die out of jealousy and/or revenge. But I would like them to hate each other even after marraige for may be first 200 ep. 😍 Of course I'm referring younger brother as ML.

I guess the regional show doesnt have much trp pressure compared to hindi shows.so they actually go with proper story they planned initially without deviating but here if trp drops suddenly they change the story breaking the continuity and show some random track.
