I saw that, but how is chum a bully when she was just passing by and it was chahat who kept on insisting she's gonna take tea bags? When chum said they are not playing. She kept insisting the same.

Chum did nothing wrong here. Gawar Chahat even bit her and later denying.

Also from what I saw it was chahat who pulled Chum ka top and scratched her back or something.
