And how she appears and becomes target in 4. He's like the guys will always speak up, but when people say something to Eisha she gives back. She doesn't. And she needs to talk in same pitch, tone, and intensity.

And if she has her opinions, she needs to express them too even if she feels unnecessary otherwise no one will know what are her thoughts. And I agree Eto that. Lot of times seeing live, Alice discusses things with group, but she's not good at articulating and Eisha repeats what she said differently and people think it's her opinion.
