In hospital situation may be critical so Ro may give child yo Ab once so her health doesn't deteriorate but they should inform her truth few days.

Family too should be aware from beginning.

But it's fiction that too ITV so what else to except.

you know when a woman loses her baby….she usually doesn’t want to be around babies ..she’ll be too depressed..so,if they told abhira she probably wouldn’t be able to take care of the baby as she’d be too depressed…but now she’ll take care of the baby..maybe breastfeed the baby and actually give the baby the best…also when they eventually tell her maybe she won’t be as devastated as she would be now ..as she has been a mother to this baby..so,some of her motherly cravings have been fulfilled…☹️.. but either way it will shatter her to know the truth when it comes out.. there’s no escaping the pain..that awaits abhimaan ☹️
