They could have done all this drama even if Abhria is not shown pregnant , Ruhi can go to coma and Abhria can still tc of the baby as she is still not able to get pregnant and Ruhi can come and snatch the baby. Now after showing her pregnant for 7months and how AA got attached to the baby why this? Now anyway there will be baby with them khud ka hotha tho at least we would have felt happy and AA too. May be ..to save abhiras life ? It's the same situation if abhira was in coma & ruhi went crazy n they give abhiras baby to her or arman gives his baby to her ..
