People with medical knowledge, please help; just want to understand:

1. Do doctors really have a choice to save only one person in certain situations? Like, they save only one life, regardless of complications, you choose we can save anyone but only one (not be greedy)? Ek ki hi space or resources hai humare pass can't save 2

2. Is partial memory loss real? Where you remember only certain parts of your life but not everything? I thought if you lost your memory, you wouldn't know how to speak, act, or remember anything.

P.S. I would love to see Abhira's memory track without using logical side of my brain.

Everyone has ruined it for Armaan by making those pretty crier edits I fear. His tear ducts will be optimally utilized by bhavna and hence he has to be a part of the kand
