I think this is possible. Abhira will just step in to take care of the baby and Ruhi will take the baby away as soon as she wakes up and probably gets insecure of Abhira so won't allow her to be near the baby. Accha plot hai ros 2 litre aasoon ke liye

I am happy that Abhimaan are childless for now leaving the story open to a lot of potential BUT I am also so fkn mad that Ruhi gets everything she wants no matter how bad she screws up but Abhira loses everything despite not having one negative bone in her body. :(
