The reason I spoke about that track was because wahaan jisne donate kiya & the husband of the other woman only knew about this exchange. So the drama factor was how the woman who donated would keep trying to feed the child or take care of the child & the other woman would get super annoyed, till it went to the point that the mother who donated her kid then took the child to the doctor as the kid wasn't well, but everyone at home assumed that she kidnapped the kid & then showdown main pura sach bahar aata hai.
