How many times can we say it? Fix this show 1st... I dare MD to use this show in promoting the other... she should get same reply to when she told Arjit on that break with Sriti. They said on IG before going holiday fix the show

IDK- If I were on IG. & arjit or Sriti start too much in promoting MD new show. Think its justified to tell them focus on the 1 they are casted.

This post is all making sense. She leaked her laptop screen using KMTMG to create anticipation for new show. Forget new 1. This 1 is on danger- never seen loyal X fans of show so vocal in complaining about writing

I never said this before but even though I'm not 💯 with V, I feel he is not that bad. He is a sweet boy turn into an idiot and arrogant man. Money is not really what he cares about but his past spoiled him. With Ammu around he is evolving but the story is not helping.

So, yeah will they let him pass this test with distinction or will they assassinate his character for the worst? That the question.

• They should've dealt with the repercussions of it better. I'm not Ammu to think only about the 'good' things he has done and ignore all the bad.

This question may not be fair & its my responsibility to look at old threads but will ask here so we can reflect before Mela... like Kavita& Abhi time compared to NOW

Has there been any other time in show where there is so much determination from viewers against villians? ... wanting them off show. Ishika was not liked & Amu sometimes lost but could claim moral victory. These days there are no moral victory... even if script makes sense that episode

At what point did villians become completely intolerable? 1)Babita for me became intolerable after Laddoo poisoning where Dildar took no strong action after he promised before virat accident. 2)Ex... it wasn't really the party where Amu was embarrassed but its when she didn't get same embarrassment from virat at store. I knew we going same direction as babita. Protection for her villian character is endless. 3)Ishika was after that lipstick plan telling Dehli aunties Amu is type of women going after married men.

In a sense since Mela. Amu has become Major loser to villians side. Amu only won against 2 villians plans since Mela. It was stop Harsh suspension & wiping floor with Ex dress. Rajiv not a victory as shes blamed illogically till this day & writers brought him back. Cant claim victory on that girl who false accused Harsh - Ex got away.

Amu maybe won on that vitamin milk & lipstick night but those were stupid stories. 3rd can be Alibag but ruined after FIR compaint withdrawn & illogical Jayesh property claim.

I cant agree. Real humans are not perfect so we cant expect it from virat. Its ok to except a persons imperfections if they 1)admit them 2)show good effort to control or change them. 3) it doesn't put anyone around them in danger.

The root cause of most virat negatives is what makes his character unacceptable. These points fit all above criteria. 1)Its his easily manipulated personality. 2) Hot headed mind not able to analyse evidence before reaction. 3) There a deep self obsession & entitlement to claim he is a victim all the time. He couldn't see Nimmi abuse & moms flaws as result of no 3.

There may be some progress in above negatives but he makes no actions as listed on paragraph 1 for his character to be acceptable

About the villains - I knew and had pointed it out back when it happened that what they did with Rajeev after the bank fraud thing sets a really bad precedent for the show. I called it the black hole - may be later ... along with mela. It showed the lack of intent from the writers to bring the villains to justice.

Yeah... kkb does that too - but not within the first 100-110 eps. kkb started going awry on this front only after say, 400 eps.. not 100. Someone caught 'red-handed' and not dealt with in the minimum possible way is a big let down.

So, am not at all surprised by whatever they do. They want to bring in big sounding plots... bomb in dahi handi, marrying while one is intoxicated, Someone about to blow up along with ravan... result... zilch... we move on with our lives seeking opportunities to steal chem moments.

Look at the reactions of characters esp from the kidnapping onwards (even the clip)... it seems like they are half zombies. Had mentioned before - if I imagine me being Virat and I see Ammu saving my sis from that fire... that isn't a 'passing incident'... I will be overwhelmed... most likely cry too - probably even wonder "God my wife is.... (???) ... who is this woman!!!!". and something about their reactions to the event hasn't satisfied me enough / closed the chapter for me, that I keep going back to that moment. pretty similar with clip and this bankruptcy thing but the fire one is the peak one cause of its 'heroic' nature. Thinking "kya ho tum Banker" is just not enough.

I'll agree to that too and club all the points you raised under the 2nd point I mentioned - how they dealt with the repercussions of the mela incident.

Even if I would prefer the current Virat over the version he was introduced with, I would still say he is not good enough for her. Its actually a let down for Ammu to be married to him - arguably as much as it is for Sriti to be working on this show. Virat as a character is just not good enough.

PS: I would even say I can be fine with the incidents they show... but the dialogues and interactions are quite lame. Have mentioned about a few since the time they moved in to Jahan's house. So even if the situations dont help them, the dialogues can make them appear sane.. and frustratingly even the dialogues are more like fillers passing/filling out time and episodes.

[btw, sugz... It would be believable that Ammu is Vandy's daughter - there are some similarities in looks. reading your post on it and the kitchen scene in the seg does make me think so. But... its a pointless thing.]

I'll zoom out and try to bring some points / conclusion / trends about the show so far:

• Revealed in ep 1 that Jayesh has ema - they are really bad at maintaining suspense - they killed my doubt (financial trouble / ema) in 5 mins.
• Ep 2/3 Ammu 'shouting' (or was it screaming?) on a video call about dowry - the idea is fine but execution is bad. [stays true even now... and I would add even the idea is questionable these days.]
• Ammu forced to work for Ahujas - too early and forced way to keep VA together... still continues.
• Chem scenes - for some and what they are watching the show for, but deer and headlight for me... forced scenes which shouldn't mean anything but fake hype created around it. Employee having eyelocks with her employer and the other way round. how cute and professional too.
• Ahujas shown as filthy all the time... still continues... Never made them look as a good place for Ammu to be married into.
• Non stop functions of Nimmi wedding - fillers with stupid plots ... 'pin in confetti cones' really???? how is that even supposed to be made, used? [But may be because I havent seen confetti cones and dont know how it can hurt people. The paper thing doesn't make me think it is going to blow up... unlike the tubes that are made to.]
• Nimmi weds Rajeev... the only move that surprised me... but conclusion - whatever Ammu does will be 'kya farak padta hai'... it just wont matter.
• Divorce news: Virat will have in him to go against Ammu. Mela thing added to it... "Virat will 'always' have in him to go against Ammu".
• Somewhere in b/w Ammu and Bhavani v/s Jayesh... will always be Jayesh on top. She will never show him his place.
• Bank fraud - Villains will always go free.
• Virat will never apologise.
• Terrace stay - they will continue to find illogical ways to keep the leads together.
• Pics - Babs will be bad.
• Fake wedding - they will continue to find illogical ways to keep the leads together, without justifying the move enough.
• Jayesh-Ishika wedding... the same conclusion - whatever Ammu does just wont matter.
• mela... beauty.
• Ammu's reaction / Dildaar's reaction / Ammu coming back... even more beautiful. But why do I care... because the show is already dead with the mela incident.
• ex entry - could've been better if it happened after Babs was exposed.
• ex plots - fillers that dont mean anything.
• Alibaug, dahi handi, ..... I'll skip these... cause these are recent events... no point in repeating the same things.

Vandy is still useless unwanted character.. if either or options I initially mentioned, as appearing below aren't tackled by KMTMG team by using her in a meaningful way.

Even Kapil's role will be useless, I feel. They don't know how to make use of new entries. Instead of some new twists, and new turns, they are stuck with same old FL humiliation/mahaanta, Babs glorification, Viru spinelessness.
