Honestly she was always vile & always prioritised certain qualities which according to her made a girl the perfect Poddar Bahu. The infertility was the final nail in the coffin. She was already peeved even before when Abhira chose her career over shaadi prep. This fertility thing was non negotiable and that is what pushed her to reject Abhira - but when Armaan didn't acknowledge it or even consider her "na" as his final hukum, she finally realised she also lost her loyal kutta (which wa what he was for her) to Abhira and that is what peeves her even now.
