I hated the way she treated Ammar. I mean it’s just a proposal. You’re asking him his worth in terms of money. And apni side se you’re not even conveying the reason why you’re this upset despite him asking her. The communication is either harsh or it’s not there at all. Hasn’t he known her for 2 years? Reject him sure but that doesn’t give her the right to treat someone like they are nothing. And what was the “Maut se apne baap ke marnay ka badla loon gi?” Okay, your dad being alive or dead wasn’t going to solve your 8 crore dilemma woman. He was in as much of a fix as you. Although one thing I know that eventually he would have asked Bilal for the money. Jo keh Sadaf madam bhi ker sakti theen on the basis of her dad’s history with Bilal. But no. What was even more disturbing that Bilal is TELLING her that girl I don’t need a favor it’s cool. Like twice. But she wasn’t taking no for answer Aisa kaun kerta hai? End pe bhi her desperately writing down her number?

It’s one thing to insult the guy like this or anyone for that matter. But to insult multiple times was too much.

Imagine roles reversed. A girl who sleeps around, guys assuming keh oh yeh tou kissi ke saath bhi soo jaye gi. She’s that “type.” You’ve basically turned Sadaf into one of those icky sl*t shamers while also making her a sl*t in the process as well

the lack of build up that showed how sadaf was driven to take such a drastic step as offering herself was much needed to justify or explain her actions.

but sadaf making the assumption that BA refused her father was plausible. she knows from the real estate agent that her father was selling the house. so, it is not too much of a stretch for her to assume that her father won't have resorted to something as drastic as selling their house until after easier options like getting a company loan or asking BA for money were ruled out. it seems going from zero to full thermonuclear was a family trait

i think sadaf making assumptions right and left about BA is THE POINT. first, seeing how much of a sinister evil villain sadaf thinks of him is the trigger for bilal to give up his vices. he doesn't answer rameen's call and asks his men to throw away his alcohol. second, it is to set up sadaf's emotional arc from how she so presumptuosly thought of bilal as this dastardly villain to her slowly letting go of her assumptions to realize what a good person he is.

sadaf is not some level headed dheemi person (krq fls are not often level headed or dheemi - they r jump first ask later types and over-confident that what they think is right). she completely overreacted when amaar proposed to her - throwing water, yelling at him, the zehar khalo talks. her making assumptions and jumping the gun seems quite on brand. the leap to offering herself was a bridge too far and like i said, we really needed scenes that showed how she was driven to this point.

Sadaf did 15 minutes worth of detective work one fine day to finally get to the reports. That is to those 15 minutes I also have the date of Bilal’s departure and the reports coming in memorized - it was the 17th. Thora sa CID kaam aur ker leti and Humsha would have told her Bilal left on the very same day the reports came back. So if we want to talk about stretching it, you can stretch it this way also. How could he have asked Bilal on the very same day without availing other options first?

As for assumptions, I am okay with it if that is the ONLY thing being told to her and what she has seen with her own eyes. If he was evil her dad wouldn’t have given his whole life to this job and this man. He came to pay respect to her dad. He also offered them help with no strings attached. She knows this. She also had Humsha’s word that he has always kept his distance. That she feels safe working there. So the hearsay she has is mixed at best. Under no circumstances does it justify the drastic step she took to blurt out that she is willing to sleep with him. The man she just met. Who she has also seen do good and heard some good things about.

Ultimately the thing is that the prejudice and judgment angle could be done so many ways and yet we got this. This writer is mental.

Okay rudeness, dramatics and temperament issues are one thing but agreeing to sleep with a man you just met is a totally different thing. You can’t compare these two different things. Even krq has to draw the line somewhere which he clearly forgot to draw here.

my comment was her dramatics and temperament explained her assumptions about bilal asa dastardly villain figure. about her offering to sleep with bilal, i clearly said that the reasoning needed to be well developed to justify this extreme step.
