That is why I feel they will do the entire hospital track, where they will decide to go ahead with the pregnancy. Just before they plan to announce, Charu will come to Abhira with this & these 2 will not tell the family.

Jab yeh Charu kaand phootega, then Phupasa will find out about abortion & he will announce to the family that they aborted the baby, not knowing that they didn't.

Ab yaah it will depend on whether they come clean, or allow the family to continue thinking they aborted so that they can leave
