I am sorry, she is 23 not 2, and she knows this is a very complicated pregnancy. Ye toh koi advise har din nhi de sakta ki aaj khana kahalo. WHy would you not eat, especially when food was right in front of her?? This is just stupidity and carelessness.

They add so many random scenes in each episode just to give screenspace to every actor and that makes us think that scene has any relevance to the upcoming plot of the show but the thing is even writers don't know the upcoming plot of the show.
