At this rate, Vivian is on the verge of an emotional breakdown. This guy is a pure gem and deserves the best. He cares for everyone even the other person is his enemy as we've seen in the Chahat. He doesn't hold any grudges toward these housemates at all still people are jealous and insecure of his fame and goodness. Avinash isn't well articulate enough to express his counter-retorts. He can fight with her but those choice of words are undignified for a girl. He loses his capacity to think rationally while having arguments or altercations.
