Please, koi mujhe yeh rule banaka logic samjha de. Yeh rule kyun bana hai, aapko isse kya fayda hoga? Also, please ask the coder to amend the code, as the software is unable to calculate 4 words.

You are missing the AND in the condition it's 4 words AND 20 characters
