I understand the concept of her body, her choice. But Abhira was never on board with the baby so soon thing in the first place. She only wants it so desperately now because people around her made her feel worthless.

She should tell Armaan not only because it is his right. But also because he can help her come out of that feeling of worthlessness. That her life is more important than that of a foetus.

Which is exactly why we want her to tell him. He is the only one who can make her understand just how precious her life is - baby or no baby

Baaki whatever choice she makes, it should be because that is what she wants - not because it is a bandaid for fixing relationships or because it gives him his apna khoon
