To me Chinese means cheap/downmarket/low quality/fake/pretentious etc. There is very common phrase Chinese Maal. Infact there is a song too 'Pyaar China ka Maal hai'. That denotes low quality and easily breakable. Yaha I am calling her in that respect.
If the mods think it's racist, I will drop using that word.
