I understand that she's scared after everything VVV has done since the report, and she might feel that if she loses this chance, she won’t be able to conceive again.
But how is any of this Armaan's fault? She should have told him, after all, BSP is his baby too.
Why can't she ask the doctor the right questions? Like how to improve her blood count, or if she goes through with the abortion, will she still be able to conceive again? And if she aborts now, takes treatment to get healthier, and then tries to conceive later, are there chances for success?

Nhi, I feel Armaan will say this after family will question her why didn't she keep fast. Armaan is gonna support her till the pregnancy reveal.
This Armaan supporting Abhira against the family makes me feel Armaan is going to do a huge mistake in upcoming weeks.
