Same goes for many of the things. Mela wedding... I cant make any excuse that it was a good idea ... but could've dealt with it later in a much better way by having Ammu exposing Babs post the wedding. But instead we have this.

True that! As you always say we get it but execution is bad, very bad

I think he has way too much flaws even now also that even if we try to forget his past deeds but because of his stupidity in recent times, we can't forget. And so writers are to be blamed of course for this mess and now too they are present him as mute in front of his mother and mommy's boy. If they can't separate them because of budget issue then at least improve his character. Isn't it difficult for us to accept their relation as husband wife? Even though Virat loudly claim that Amruta is his wife, Dildar claim Amruta as his daughter and daughter in law then why Virat doesn't stop Amruta to call him as sir and why he doesn't stop calling her banker? Koun apne biwi ko banker banker bolta hai? And useless Dildar why he can't say Amruta to call him as papaji, why he can't give Amruta job if not in his invisible office at least in other office or bank? And why on earth Amruta still call Babita as mam?

If they can't separate them then they will have to improve many things especially Virat's character as he's male lead, even if we ignore other side characters flaws but we can't ignore his flaws all the time. It's not too late but if still they not improve the damages then it's way too much late.

Accept I may be tough- Maybe the similarities I pointed out today was not even thought by writers- we give them too much credit. Agree most of your points to balance my view make sense. I think incidents I illustrated cant be ignored too.

Back to question why did he fall for Ex... She not bad looking so it could be sexual or he thought Ex dumb arm candy . Maybe he fell harder with emotions when Amu challenged him. It Could be manipulation by Ex from start. Decided to get her target virat by using Abhiraj. Reason Ex left him was... in Ahuja house there was distraction & freedom Ex enjoyed. Ex realised after moving out... Virats attention all on her so he will see Ex not capable of love but gold digger from start. Ex living away from Ahujas exposes all her faults with no one to blame. She left Virat broken to accept Alimony settlement.

I don’t think Virat is a toxic person... True, he is careless, stubborn, a bit of a showoff, and kind of a spoiled brat... He likes to show off...remember the first episode, how he threw away money?

Most likely, he fell for her outer beauty. She’s stylish, modern, and beautiful in her own way, which could easily attract someone like Virat.

I don’t think X is a one-man woman...she seems more like someone who loves money and fun. With Virat, she got both, but since Virat values his family and relationships, she might not have been able to adjust, leading to both of them moving out of Ahuja House.

Virat’s business, family responsibilities might have demanded his time and attention, causing her to lose interest in the marriage, which led to the divorce.

Remember, Virat once told Amu that X accused him of only valuing money or something like that... Anyway, I think Virat is a man with a good heart but a pea-sized brain

YES! I'm not a writer. From past experiance watching film & Tv. Its ok to use same villians & they get away but usually when villians get away its more logical based on technicality. Instead of saying how dumb are the writers... we share frustration with the positive characters villians got away.

Villian glorification- my favourite complaint. Why do I say this & what do I want? These villians plan against the positive characters like Amu each week & are now united in their plans. Can we at least get 1 week break between plans to focus on 1 of the other characters? Yes same vilians used but Amu & virat for example dont use past experience as learning curve so villians annoyingly repetitive. Is it too much to ask that at least once in month or 6 weeks Amu or virat take apart very entertainingly the villians plans?

@Adiandsid was correct. Mela happened but dragging this exposure was unexplainablely stupid. Babita should have been exposed as villians with above suggestions & virat keep close eye on babita

Yeah... but is the norm in shows - used to happen a lot in kkb too. run away, get caught again or there is a long chase. Depends on how they show it.

I somehow don’t see it in a positive light. smiley22 I was frankly surprised to see that the writer sees unity in Amvira from the most unlikely situations. More often than not, it’s Viru giving clean chit/ignoring villains’ moves/trusting them more while Ammu is left to deal with the aftermath or some MU.

I laughed to see that the person has written -trust is firmly developed between the two. Really?! smiley22 I think I saw some diff serial.

Are we supposed to imagine/ assume all these feelings?? Cozz writing mein aur screen pe to yeh bilkul bhi reflect nahin ho raha. 🤔😒

And how could they quote Rumi here? Matlab kuch bhi! 😳

Rumi could not have been more misrepresented. Till now, my assessment of this couple is this - two polar opposite individuals thrown together for the sake of it, compelled to stay with each other with no rhyme or reason, resulting in a superficial relationship with the emotional depth of a tablespoon. Period.
