Actually.. Charu's main purpose seems to be separate Ar-Ab and then pappa Phuphu has to struggle to bring them together with his innovative ideas

maybe this is her revenge agenda for not letting her get together with Dev.

But with manoj joining the rival company and kiara's dialogue about they would want PF secrets, there is a good chance of PF downfall near....with Armaan (and Abhira) leaving the firm before that, or not being in an emotional/physical state to work
