I also feel it must have not been for Ruhi, but maybe for someone random in the hospital who would be facing such a situation - aur koi family se bola hoga about how can they chose the mother over their child & Armaan may have said this, due to which Abhira when she found it must be thinking to keep the preggers a secret

It was definitely Rohit as he was saying something like aap kaise samjhoge and all that.

My theory is that next Ruhi is gonna claim Abhira faked infertility because she had a crystal ball , saw the future and knew that Armaan would marry her anyway, but Ruhi would get pregnant and THEN she would also plan to get pregnant at the exact same time to steal her spotlight because it would be a "miracle" that she is pregnant at all and compared to a normal pregnancy, she would need more care and attention if she has a high risk pregnancy

Now that they are besties what if abhira seeks kaveri's help in hiding the pregnancy complications from armaan, cause they did give her the dialogue that hum tumarey baachey ko jaan se zyaada pyaar kartey and stuff like that

I have this crazy theory that Abhira is gonna run away because probably she will misunderstand that someone PF is trying to kill her ( Probably misunderstand chacha chachi)
