Abhira probably goes to the mandir to pray for Kaveri and Ruhi(?) when some lady comes and tells her that she is pregnant. Then she’ll probably get checked up at the hospital and the precap will play out.

They are going the KaiRa way cause even they had the exact same conflict. Naira almost got an abortion bc Kartik was adamant about saving her even if it means not having a baby but in the end moment, she backed out and was almsot gonna leave Kartik to raise the child by herself but he came around and accepted the pregnancy.
