I watched the whole episode . Vivian boasted about himself that he had more male fan than female ones. The context was totally different. His character in Madhubala was written and portrayed in such a way that appeased male fans more. Rk was an alpha male with an amalgamation of negative traits like arrogance, superiority complex,rudeness,etc.

Apparently, he didn't bring Drashti in it smiley20 . She's a sweetheart smiley27 .
