podaars will remain until end of the Gen..like birlas did..but you know birlas just got smaller..they made the Heros father disappear after the leap.and eventually even his cousins weren’t seen..because they had to move him,to,where the heroine was..so,he got screenspace..so we’ve seen this happen…

The only reason Abhinav small family worked in previous season because there was already another established family of the ML for the drama.
Even if they bring a new lead that one will also have a big family and its own drama If the show goes has to go on for more than 6 months.

did you watch Gen 3.‘because when abhinav entered then the birlas lost major screenspace..only,the hero,and his mother got screenspace because others weren’t needed because the heroine never went back to that house..her relationship,with that family basically ended forever.. But I don’t think any thing like that’s going to Happen here.. because here kaveri and vidya are the problem and they need to change..and Armaan needs to heal ..
