It is now getting over the top to see Jhanak the screeching queen bring the hospital down with her howling. 
The directors need to teach her the correct way to emote a scene. For someone who has no family now, she seems to be throwing tantrums galore.

Not sure how exactly they will show it but looks like Ani will imagine Jhanak crying in her Kashmir look...it won't be a FB, but a hallucination and he might have some conversation with the Jhanak he sees crying in his imagination.

Yes, this makes sense! I too was thinking why jhanak wore the kashmir fit when I saw her on her story! What beautiful times their Kashmmir days were.....
Also the way Ani nailed all the hospital scenes when J was sick and today by being a patient too....he is doing better than everyone in the room.....crazy!
Jhanak was good in the precap as devi and the very last few lines of the epi, other wise loved Chotton and Adi only today!
His imagination could be she crying because of her mother's death in Kashmir. There after they both started connecting more with each other.
