Like Abhira said once and for all the pain will be over instead of having it everyday.

So Armaan basically went off on his associate for being a complete failure to the point of his mother disowning him (projecting feelings much?) and then tells off Abhira when she tries to calm him down by stating that she should focus on being a good advocate and not a good wife since they are at work.
