I think he was more panicked about sitara walking in and and seeing sahiba in his room. He was also surprised to see her. And also he does not consider sahiba important enough to give her any explanations.

Sitara still has too many reservations. I do think she believes Salar truly loves her, but I think she thinks she's not worthy of his love. When saba asks her if she loves salar, and she said what has love got to do with success and that one can love any useless person too, i think she meant herself.

Also when salar asked if she put all things in the fridge, she gave a flippant answer that yes else what she would eat when she was hungry. But she retrieved the groceries coz it was bought from Salar's salary.

So i think she's just tying up all the loose end and wanting salar to do so too and then she'll leave.

That scene was so domestic actually. He is sleeping and Sitara is just going about the room doing her own things. And just imagine randomly Sahiba walks into what is now a couple's bedroom. Salar's reaction is justified. He was panicking about Sitara walking in but he was also pretty disturbed to see his (and Sitara's) now conjugal boundaries being violated just like that. Really what Salar said regarding Sahiba is true. That she is ill mannered. Even Mehreen didn't give her permission to see Salar and just instructed the maid to close the door when she goes. That should have been the clue for Sahiba to leave, but noooo.....Madam ke zehan mein to tameez naam ki koi cheez ka wajud hi nahi hai.

maybe it has something to do with what she can do for Salar .. Like in Hyderabad , she used to share everything with him coz she was also taking care of his food and she felt that salar needs her care (hamdardi )

but after marriage , she saw how salar has everything and he doesn't need her .. so she is not sure where she stands ...

if you remember junaid sitara convo , she said what is the point if a woman cannot even protect her husband .. but Junaid said its husband's duty to protect his wife not vice versa
