Yash fights for his life. The doctors try hard to revive him while everyone outside prays for his life. At the end the doctors manage to revive him.

Yash is taken out from the ICU and shifted to a cabin. He apologizes to Shalini for losing the auction. Shalini tells him that it doesn't matter. She tells him that Yash has to live for her.

Later at night Yash dreams of Yuvika and auction.

Later Yash expresses his fear of dying before being able to fulfill the promise he made to Shalini to Amarjeet. Amarjeet assures him that everything will be fine as they have found a donor but it is a bit tricky. Yash tells his mama that he wants that heart. Amarjeet assures him that he will get it.

Yash Spends some time with his family before going for surgery.

Yash is taken into the surgery while his family waits anxiously outside. During the surgery his body refuses to accept the heart at the beginning. After the doctors try for a while the Yash's body responds and accepts the heart, making the surgery a success.
