I think she is frustrated that she is unable to move on or stand Arshi anywhere near Ani, and she is unhappy seeing Ani happy - Aap kitne khush lag rahe ho Sirji, qki aapke wife ne trophy jeeti hai, phir apne mujhe woh sab q kaha - probably she meant the I Love You

What she can do at this point. Ani is insulting her for a rubbish reason publicly and on top of that both maa and beti are insuring her for a different reason.she has lost trust on Ani too. It is kind of messy situation. It should be Ani who needs to be matured and introspect what he is doing right now.
