You can use any of the NY Times games on students. Try today's connections on their website. It was hilarious.
What I did was keep 2 screens.
ek pe letters in big size, and dusre pe typing. You would lose precious seconds while shifting attention to reading words and typing and switching tabs and view. Try to make words with vowels available to you. Best rehta hai.
