I have major complaints with the writing of Ani’s scenes in this interim period… so much so that I haven’t watched as I want to temper my expectations vs reality. For me like some of you this is a story hinging on the moral conflict of two people tuned at different emotional frequencies but their heart beats for the other.( hat tip to Asmita for the point on emotional intimacy in another post)

I have mentally accepted that Ani in his great bravado has tied the noose around his neck…. assuming he has the courage to not be part of Jhanak’s life. Which is all great if Jhanak also doesn’t want the same but we know aisa toh nahin hoga Jhanak rani shabdon ka jaal bhunegi 😂😂 dono apni frequencies ki tuning karenge… thoda bad thoda good music milega!!

I too believe like Asmi previously wrote, its not just a story of bigamy it is easily tagged as one. It is more of emotional attachment and the moral conflict of two people caught in a situation. They are right from their point of view. Sacrificing for each others happiness . The makers have so beautifully attached them emotionally with much cliche romance .

Like you said for drama they wrote Anirudh with some rubbish dialogues, which could have very well avoided as it wouldn't have any impact okn their business. Why that was included is a scary thought, was it random or is it foreshadowing.

In this meeting they would definitely realise they cant be so strong when they face each other. All the Jhanak kaun hai mask will be torn and her Sirji ki yaadein mitana also will fall down.

you are not alone when it comes to wicked thoughts.... that is why for some reason Arshi has been a little bit more bearable for me on the screen because no matter what Ani does, ye use ghans nahi dal ne wali! For the first time, ani bose tactics are not working and he is at a loss for words. He is having issues lying to Arshi and telling her clearly "he does not love Jhanak"... its much easier for him to say "I love you arshi" but its much harder for him to say "I don't love Jhanak"... Someone who can lie easily about loving someone and batofy "I love you" like its mandir ka prashad...

In a way, I see all this in a positive light , at least trying to , for Ani's character development. It is painful to watch and it could have been handled much better than this, but again for the sake of our sanity keep baz nazar on the final outcome lol, if he learns from this he did wrong with arshi and Jhanak both and he needs to be more responsible with his words as well, it will be good lesson.

Karane do, whatever he wants to do... Arshi is clearly not going to trust him! All the efforts to stay away from each other's life, is not going to work like you said. 😆 because moral conflict ho na ho if anything is holding true its place in this story is freaking "fate" 😅
