She had been saying she's half Indian but it turned out to be a lie. She's fully white. Looks exactly like her "step father". If you have some French blood in you( or Sicilian/Iberian) you could pass as half Indian or a quarter Indian or whatever. Enough whiteness to justify your actual ethnicity and enough features that are not stereotypically associated with white people ,like dark hair,dark eyes or an olive skin tone to be able to claim you're half Indian . But as you age it becomes harder to pass and your whiteness becomes quite obvious. She probably went overboard with botox to avoid that kind of sagging . Now ,after a few years when she begins to age like a regular white woman people would assume it's because of botox. Which is stupid , because the jig has been up long ago.

Ironically she looks mixed race in the first pic .

She may be suffering from some kind of hormonal condition, she might have "done" something to her face. If it is the former, hope she is getting some medical help, if latter is the case, bhagwan hi malik hai.
