Yup 😆. I have an acquaintance whose dog is on fb. She posts on behalf of the dog in the first person. Like " Today mummy and I went to the park " " Today I played with a bone " etc. The dog has plenty of people on its friend-list. Including me when I was active there. I love dogs but I found it a bit creepy when the posts popped up. Sort of like a ventriloquist talking to you during a show. There's also a youtube channel where her husband does a voice for the dog when these stories are told. These people do it because they think it's cute but there are tons who do it for money. Like they have youtube channels and tiktoks where the dog is the main performer and the insta handles are there to push the videos on people who are too polite to block an adorable animal lol Well some profiles are creative and entertaining. Not a good idea to add your partner's dog though because if you break up with this person and if you don't unfollow the dog because that feels too petty the ex could stalk your feed logging in through the dog's account 😆
